Professor Animesh Jha is a full-time professor of materials science at the University of   Leeds since 2000. One of his main areas of research is the Sustainable Mineral Processing for reclaiming rare-earth mineral oxides and critical materials for energy sector. Professor Jha and his team developed the technology which Sile will be commercialising.
