Sustainable material recovery and recycling, utilising cutting-edge patented technology Revolutionising the green energy sector with our innovations in rare earth oxides recycling.

Silex World Ltd is developing advanced, IP-protected technologies for the extraction, concentration, and recycling of rare earth oxides, with a specific focus on the FeNdB group of permanent magnets — materials essential to high-efficiency transduction in wind turbines, electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and industrial devices. As the demand for these critical components grows, so too does the urgency to establish sustainable, circular supply chains that can recover rare earths from end-of-life products. Despite their high material value, magnet waste streams currently lack a universal track-and-trace framework — a critical gap Silex aims to fill through its integrated solutions.
At the heart of Silex’s portfolio is a novel, inert atmosphere-controlled alkali-based chemical pre-treatment process, designed to recover rare earth oxides from magnet waste with high selectivity and minimal environmental impact. Developed in collaboration with the University of Leeds’ Mineral Research Department, this scalable technology addresses both strategic and regulatory challenges, enabling cleaner and more cost-effective recovery of rare earths. Silex’s broader capabilities extend to the recovery of titania, vanadium, niobium, and tantalum oxides, with parallel exploration into the reuse of uranium and thorium residues for nuclear applications. Positioned as a next-generation enabler of Net Zero materials manufacturing, Silex offers investors early access to breakthrough solutions in critical materials circularity, backed by defensible IP and a rapidly expanding global market
